Hey there, I'm a personal trainer, yoga teacher, massage therapist, and nutrition coach with over a decade in the health and fitness industry. I hold a Guinness World Record for the most burpees completed with a team in 24 hours and completed Kokoro, one of the toughest civilian trainings in the world. After overcoming my own battles with disordered eating and burnout, I’ve made it my mission to help women ditch diet culture, reclaim their health, and build strong, sustainable habits that actually work in real life.
