"From October 2024 to December 2025 I had the opportunity to participate in the 12 week Strong Woman Method Program. 


The program for me personally approached my health holistically.  It allowed me time to process the information and apply it realistically to my needs and  what I needed to change.  This was a great mindset or reset of my mind covering so much of what I took for granted or even thought I was doing well in.


The Program focused on mindfulness.  How much water intake I was having, eating meals with purpose rather than just eating for the sake of eating and what foods work for my body.  It educated me on the importance of how my body and mind react to foods and exercise and why I reacted in certain ways.  The program challenged me about myself and gave me a greater understanding of why I approach food the way I did (I am slowly changing and establishing better habits).  The importance of sleep and rest was also another great asset within this program.  


I recommend the 12-week program to everyone.  Regardless if you are a guru with exercise and nutrition there is an element for everyone to benefit from to make yourself a better version of you but most importantly a person you want to be for you,  living happily within your own body and mind.  I have been given the opportunity to be real with myself and cut out the bs in my brain to start a healthy lifestyle mentally and this is showing through my physical self.  


Elizabeth is a great mentor and educator, with no judgement to you or how you progress and learn.  No pressure or jargon, it is downright real, basic information with loads of support, current and up to date information with no frills.  


Thank you Liz for kickstarting me on this journey.  12 weeks is just the tip of the iceberg…."

I'm a little skeptical of the health and fitness industry and personal trainers at large. With a history of eating disorders and body dysmorphia and a track record of body shame and self hate, embarking on getting in shape needed expert guidance.

 

And not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. I wasn’t looking for your everyday run of the mill type of trainer who would give me a one size fits most program and tell me to eat the caloric needs of a toddler.

Body fat percentage: From 28.5% to 24.2%

I’ve lost weight AND put on muscle all while working smarter, not harder.
